Students took their first MAP test today. MAP tests help assess a student's strengths and weaknesses in mathematics, reading and language usage. Students took the mathematics test today. Results will become available soon but I think the kids did exceptionally well. They stayed focus, showed their work and asked questions for clarification. I was impressed!
At Graded, we focus on growth and based on the initial results, 80% of the class exceeded all expectations for growth, 10% met growth expectations and 10% were slightly below their projected growth. MAP testing will continue into next week.
