If you are following our class Instagram (2ndgradedrz), you may have seen all the fun that is being had with our new science unit. Students are really enjoying observing volcanic rocks, river rocks and this afternoon explored schoolyard rocks collected around Graded. They are learning how to identify and compare rocks based on their properties such as: shape, size, pattern, texture, weight and color.
