Replago Field Trip

Dear 3^rd-Grade Families,

We are excited to be making our preparations for our Replago field trip. Due to the Holiday break and the proximity of the date once we return to school after the vacation, we need to send out the contracts now. In doing so, we want to communicate some important details for parents. Please review the information below carefully:

Field trip dates:  February 13, 14, 15

Departure:  February 13 at 6:30 am. Students must be at school by 6:10 am.

Return:  Friday, February 15 at around 7:00 pm

IMPORTANT:  We will need to have all original ID (passport, RG, RNE) by February 12. These will be returned on February 15. Students will NOT be allowed to attend the field trip without this as is required by law.

Communication:  Teachers will communicate with room parents who will then disseminate information to parents through What’s App. Should the need arise to contact individual parents, your child’s teacher will contact you directly. Teachers will be posting pictures on Instagram and Replago will open a link with photos and videos.

Packing:  Attached is the list of items your child will need to bring on the trip. We ask that each child bring only what is on the list. We recommend that you send play clothes with your child as they will definitely be playing and are likely to get very dirty.

We will share these details again prior to the field trip. We will also hold an informational parent meeting in February. Date to be announced once we return from the Holiday break.

Please return contract and registration forms by December 14.
