Five Items 

    To kick off our Social Studies unit on Culture, Grade 3 will examine who they are, what they value and what they believe to be important.  To help the students explore their values and beliefs, they are asked to bring in 5 items that show who they are. 

They will share these items on Monday, March 18th.

Things to consider:

Breakable, expensive or items that have high sentimental value can be brought in as a photograph instead. Take a photo of the item and bring in the photograph instead. 

Items will be kept at school for the week. They will be returned on Friday.

Discuss each item with your child to decide if they really reflect who they are.  Take time to share some items that have great significance to you as well to help them make decisions.
