Students will spend this week practicing how to cite sources correctly when completing nonfiction writing projects.

Writing
|
Students will continue to complete their ongoing Information report projects, taking time to peer review one another’s work and add different text enhancing features, such a glossaries, timelines and Venn Diagrams.

Math
|
Students will be completing the final lesson on their unit on Geometry and Angles. They will be focusing on Problem Solving with the Addition of Angle Measures as well as identifying lines of symmetry within two dimensional shapes. Students will complete their End of Module Assessment at the conclusion of the week, ready to move on to their next unit.

Social Studies
|
Students will undertake a Marketplace project to coincide with their unit on Trade and Economy. The project will invite them to develop and design their own goods and/or services to meet a real need in the market.
