Maykut: What Does Reading Look Like in Second Grade?

In reading, students are learning the difference between fiction and non-fiction.  Students work in small groups with either me or Ms. Ting.  When not working with one of us, students write abut what they learned from the book they've read or they read a book of their choice independently. Students also work on grammar with Renata.
