Ms. Thibodeaux-Distance Learning Week 2

Dear Parents & Students,

We are pleased to see how everyone is adjusting and moving forward with our Distance Learning plans and routines. We are super proud of our students! We will continue to support you throughout this transition by providing access to the documents and tools required for quality learning and progress.

In the second week of distance learning, I'd like to leave you with these reminders.

Students should be awake and ready to start their learning before 8:00am. Each morning I will post a morning message reviewing the activities and assignments for the day. All of their assignments will be posted to Google Classrooms at the scheduled time. Our first assignment for reading is posted at 8:00am. At 9:00am our Language Arts assignment is posted, and so on and so forth.

It is very important for our students to follow all directions and watch all videos posted with each assignment. It is also very important that every child be available and present online for their scheduled individual student-teacher check-in. The Zoom link will always be the same. Please try to make sure your child is on time for our Mon-Wed-Fri whole class meetings at 10:00am. This is when teachers take attendance. In addition, attached below is a reminder of the individual check-in meetings. These meetings are part of the system put in place to help us provide feedback, support and check-in on the well-being of each one of our students.
